Breakfast Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup chilled coffee of choice (black no additives)
- 1 ½ banana, cut into chunks
- 1 cup Fage 0% greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
- 1 scoop UMP vanilla protein
- Ice to your liking
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a heavy-duty blender
- Blend until smooth. Serve
