CrossFit will make you stronger, faster, and healthier, preparing you for anything life throws your way! “Constantly-varied movement” refers to the vast array of motions completed during each workout, whereas high-intensity workouts are clinically proven to provide the best results. Finally, functional movement means exercising your body in a way that is useful to your everyday life; picking a barbell up from the ground and picking up a baby are essentially the same movement!
